§ 46-b. Special provisions relating to speed on Saratoga lake. 1.\nNotwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter or any inconsistent\nlocal laws, every pleasure vessel operated on Saratoga lake, located in\nthe towns of Malta, Saratoga and Stillwater, and the city of Saratoga\nSprings, Saratoga county, shall be operated in a careful and prudent\nmanner, in such a way as to not unreasonably interfere with or endanger\nany vessel or person, and no vessel shall be operated at a speed\nexceeding forty-five miles per hour. No pleasure vessel operated on\nSaratoga lake shall be operated at a speed exceeding twenty-five miles\nper hour between one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before\nsunrise.\n 2.
