§ 33-b. Dumping or depositing trash and other debris in Chautauqua\nlake and its tributaries; ice fishing shanties on lakes within the state\nof New York; identification of duck blinds. Any person who dumps,\ndeposits or allows or causes to be dumped or deposited in any manner any\ntrash, glass, bottles, garbage or any other debris in the waters of\nChautauqua lake or its tributaries, or upon the shore line adjacent\nthereto, or upon the ice covering the waters of Chautauqua lake, or any\nperson who constructs, moves, places or causes or allows to be\nconstructed, moved or placed any structure upon the ice covering the\nwaters of lakes within the state of New York, shall be guilty of, a\nviolation punishable by a fine of not to exceed one hundred dollars,\nunless the person who construct
