§ 32-b. Lights upon swing bridges. A corporation, company, or\nindividual, owning, maintaining or operating a swing bridge across the\nHudson river, who during the navigation season between sundown and\nsunrise, neglects to keep and maintain upon every such bridge the lights\nrequired by law, is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n
