§ 10. Duties of the commissioner of parks, recreation and historic\npreservation and the commissioner of environmental conservation. The\ncommissioner of parks, recreation and historic preservation shall\nadminister the provisions of this chapter, except as such administration\nmay be otherwise provided. He or she may delegate such administration\nto another officer or employee of the office of parks, recreation and\nhistoric preservation. Within the sixth park region, the boundaries of\nwhich are described in subdivision six of section 7.01 of the parks,\nrecreation and historic preservation law, the commissioner of\nenvironmental conservation shall administer the provisions of articles\nthree and eleven of this chapter.
