§ 136. Motor vehicle storage. A space or a structure may be provided\nand maintained in any multiple dwelling or upon the premises thereof for\nthe storage of passenger motor vehicles but only with a written permit\ntherefor from the department and in accordance with every applicable\nlocal law, ordinance, resolution, code provision or regulation and the\nrules and regulations of the commission.\n
