§ 100 — Application of article five
§ 100. Application of article five. All the provisions of this article\nshall apply to every multiple dwelling of permanent or transient\noccupancy erected on or after July first, nineteen hundred fifty-two,\nand shall apply in addition to and not in substitution for the\nprovisions of article two, articles six or seven, and in the case of\ntransient dwellings, sections fifty-three, fifty-six, and sixty-one of\narticle four.\n
