§ 255. Benefit information for national guard members and families.\n 1. For the purpose of this section, "military service" shall have the\nsame meaning as defined in section three hundred one of this chapter.\n 2. The division of military and naval affairs shall make available\nstate and federal benefit information for national guard members and\ntheir spouses, domestic partners, children, and parents, including but\nnot limited to, information from the state family support services\nprogram. Such benefit information shall be made available in a printed\nversion and posted electronically on such division's website.\n
