§ 238-b. Seizing military stores belonging to the state. A person who\nenters any fort, magazine, arsenal, armory, arsenal yard or encampment,\nand seizes or takes away any arms, ammunition, military stores or\nsupplies belonging to the people of this state, is guilty of a felony.\n
