§ 13-a. Assistant adjutant general for air. The governor may appoint\nan assistant adjutant general for air who shall serve at the pleasure of\nthe governor and may have the grade of brigadier general during his term\nof office. He shall be employed under section nineteen of this chapter\nwith additional duties as a staff officer on the staff of the commander\nof the New York air national guard.\n
