§ 81.26 Designation of clerk to receive process.\n No commission shall issue nor shall any order which in itself\nconstitutes a commission become effective until an instrument executed\nand acknowledged by the guardian has been filed with the clerk of the\ncourt designating the clerk and the clerk's successor in office as a\nperson on whom service of any process may be made in like manner and\nwith like effect as if it were served personally upon the guardian\nwhenever the guardian cannot, with due diligence, be served within the\nstate.\n
