§ 61.05 Advancement of state mental health and developmental\n disabilities programs through intergovernmental cooperation.\n The commissioner may promote state programs or activities in mental\nhealth, developmental disabilities, alcoholism, drug addiction, and\nother areas within the scope of the department's activities and may\ncooperate with the federal government, local governments, other state\ngovernments, other state agencies, and nongovernmental organizations to\nfulfill the objectives and purposes of this chapter.\n
