§ 5.01 Department of mental hygiene.\n There shall continue to be in the state government a department of\nmental hygiene. Within the department there shall be the following\nautonomous offices:\n (1) office of mental health;\n (2) office for people with developmental disabilities;\n (3) office of addiction services and supports.\n
