§ 305. Violation of local laws and regulations. Any owner, architect,\nbuilder, contractor, sub-contractor, construction superintendent or\ntheir agents who shall, in the construction or alteration of any\nbuilding or structure intended to be occupied as a multiple dwelling,\nknowingly violate any of the provisions of local laws, ordinances, rules\nor regulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.\n
