* § 2-a. Any person who was required to but failed to obtain a license\nor renewal thereof on or before the date prescribed by section two of\nthis act or within ten days thereafter, shall pay, in addition to the\nfee prescribed by this act for such license or renewal, a late\nregistration fee of two dollars.\n * NB Repealed February 15, 2015\n
