§ 406. Waiver of notice. Except as provided in the operating\nagreement, notice of meeting need not be given to any member who submits\na signed waiver of notice, in person or by proxy, whether before or\nafter the meeting. The attendance of any member at a meeting, in person\nor by proxy, without protesting prior to the conclusion of the meeting\nthe lack of notice of such meeting, shall constitute a waiver of notice\nby him or her.\n
