§ 301-b. Electronic service of process. The secretary of state shall\nadvise any limited liability company subject to the laws of this chapter\nin prominent written form as follows:
(a)electronic service of process\nauthorized by the provisions of this chapter is an optional program at\nno additional cost to the user;
(b)any limited liability company\nsubject to the laws of this chapter will continue to receive service of\nprocess by mail unless such limited liability company notifies the\nsecretary of an affirmative choice to receive service of process by way\nof the program through electronic means, in which case digital copies\nwill be made accessible but paper documents will not be mailed; and (c)\nsuch choice may be reversed by the limited liability company at any time\nand, there
