§ 85.90 Judicial review. If any repayment plan or amendment or\nmodification thereof proposed pursuant to this title is disapproved, or\nif any stay is vacated or modified or an extension thereof is denied, or\nif any other order pursuant to this title is entered by the court which\nis adverse to the municipality or its financial emergency control board,\nthe municipality or its financial emergency control board shall have a\ndirect appeal as of right to the appellate division in the judicial\ndepartment in which the court is located and, thereafter, if necessary,\nto the court of appeals of this state, and such appeal shall have\npreference over all causes in all courts.
