§ 887. Occupational safety and health inspection account.\nNotwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary,\nexpenditures by the department made pursuant to appropriations from the\nmiscellaneous special revenue fund, occupational safety and health\ninspection account shall be deemed an assessable expense of the workers'\ncompensation board within the meaning of section one hundred fifty-one\nof the workers' compensation law.\n
