§ 870-c. Definitions. As used herein, the following terms have the\nmeanings indicated:\n 1. "Amusement device" means any contrivance that carries and conveys\npassengers along, around or over a fixed or restricted course or within\na defined area for the purpose of amusing or entertaining its\npassengers, and which is of such nature that accidental personal\ninjuries may be incurred in its assembly, disassembly or use.\n 2. "Amusement park" means a tract or area used principally as a\npermanent location for amusement devices or structures.\n 3. "Commissioner" means the commissioner of labor of the state.\n 4. "Carnival" means an itinerant enterprise consisting principally of\ntemporary amusement devices or mechanical rides, acrobatic or magic\nshows, games, stunts or zoo animals ope
