§ 845. Coordination. State dislocated worker programs funded under\nthis section shall, to the fullest extent possible, coordinate with\nother federal, state and local programs before initiating activity and,\nwhere substantial numbers of union members are affected, consult with\nappropriate labor organizations.\n
