§ 831. Nondiscrimination. No person shall on the ground of sex, age,\nrace, color, religion, or national origin be excluded from participating\nin, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under,\nany program or activity funded in whole or in part with funds made\navailable under this article.\n
