§ 795. Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following\nterms shall have the following meanings:\n 1. "Bidder" means any individual, business, vendor or other legal\nentity, or any employee, agent, consultant or person acting on behalf\nthereof, that submits a bid in response to a solicitation.\n 2. "Telecommunications tower" means any freestanding tower, monopole\nor similar structure or facility used for the provision of wireless\nservices including ancillary telecommunications equipment required to\nintegrate such structure or facility into an existing or proposed\nwireless network.\n 3. "Tower technician" means any telecommunications professional who\ninstalls, repairs, and maintains telecommunications towers and\nequipment.\n 4. "Contractor" means any person, firm,
