§ 673 — Minimum wage

§ 673. Minimum wage.
1.Statutory. Every employer shall pay to each of\nits employees for each hour worked a wage of not less than the wage\nestablished pursuant to subdivision one of section six hundred fifty-two\nof this chapter, or such other wage as may be established in accordance\nwith the provisions of this article.\n 2. Existing wage order. The minimum wage order in effect on the\neffective date of this act shall remain in full force and effect, except\nas modified in accordance with the provisions of this article.\n
