§ 636. No fees to be charged for services rendered by free public\nemployment bureaus. A person connected with or employed in a free\npublic employment bureau, who shall charge or receive directly or\nindirectly any fee or compensation from any person applying to such\nbureau for help or employment, is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n
