§ 528. Transitional provisions. Remuneration used to establish a\nvalid original claim prior to the first day of April, nineteen hundred\nninety-nine may be used to establish a subsequent valid original claim.\nUnder such circumstances, the general account rather than the affected\nemployer's account shall be charged for the portion of experience rating\ncharges attributable to such remuneration.\n
