§ 464-A — Local laws
§ 464-a. Local laws. Except with regard to cities having a population\nof over one million, the provisions of this article and the rules\nadopted pursuant thereto shall be the minimum standard required and\nshall supersede any special law or local ordinance inconsistent\ntherewith, and no local ordinance inconsistent therewith shall be\nadopted, but nothing herein contained shall prevent the enactment by\nlocal law or ordinance of additional requirements and restrictions.\n
