§ 454 — Construction of magazines
§ 454. Construction of magazines. Unless otherwise prescribed by the\nregulations promulgated pursuant to this article, magazines in which\nexplosives shall be lawfully kept or stored shall be constructed of\nbrick, concrete, metal or wood covered with metal, and shall have no\nopenings except for ventilation and entrance. All explosive magazines,\nexcept those in mines and tunnels, shall be located above ground. All\nexplosive magazines shall be kept clean and dry at all times.\n
