§ 352. Permits required.

1.An employer shall secure an employer's\npermit from the commissioner before delivering or causing to be\ndelivered to another person any materials for manufacture by industrial\nhomework, and shall not deliver or cause to be delivered any materials\nfor industrial homework to a person who has not a certificate issued\npursuant to this article or to be worked on in a home which is not\nlicensed under this article.\n
