* § 27-f. Requiring first aid materials in a workplace to include an\nopioid antagonist. All employers that are federally mandated to have\nfirst aid supplies readily available for the treatment of all injured\nemployees must include an opioid antagonist in such first aid supplies.\nFor the purposes of this section, "employer" includes any person,\ncorporation, limited liability company, or association employing any\nindividual in any occupation, industry, trade, business, or service. The\nterm "employer" shall not include a governmental agency.\n * NB Effective June 10, 2026\n
