§ 263. Fireproof partition or fire partition. "Fireproof partition" or\n"fire partition" means a partition built of brick, or concrete, or\nreinforced concrete, or cinder block, or concrete block, or tile, or\nterra cotta blocks conforming with the requirements of the board. The\nboard shall determine and specify in its rules such other materials as\nmay be used and such requirements as are necessary for the construction\nof fire partitions and the protection of supporting metal framework.\n Each opening in any fire partition shall have a fire door unless\notherwise specified by the board in its rules.\n
