§ 25. Power to enter and inspect premises. The commissioner or the\nofficers and employees of the department shall inspect every place which\nis, or which they have reasonable cause to believe is, affected by the\nprovisions of this chapter, and they may in the discharge of their\nduties enter any such places.\n
