§ 23 — Administrative regulations
§ 23. Administrative regulations. The commissioner may make, amend and\nrepeal regulations necessary for the internal administration of the\ndepartment, and not in conflict with the rules adopted by the workmen's\ncompensation board or the industrial board of appeals pursuant to this\nchapter for the enforcement of the labor law. Such regulations shall not\nbe deemed rules within the meaning of this chapter unless the context\notherwise requires.\n
