§ 220-c. Contractor or subcontractor verifying false statement guilty\nof perjury.\n Any contractor or subcontractor who shall upon his oath verify any\nstatement required to be filed under this act which is known by him to\nbe false shall be guilty of perjury and punishable as provided by the\npenal law.\n
