§ 212. Drinking water for farm laborers. Every grower or processor who\nemploys or uses paid farm or food processing workers, whether or not he\nuses the services of a farm labor contractor, shall, at his own expense,\nprovide safe drinking water, which may be in a portable container\nreasonably accessible to each and every site whereat laborers are\nworking.\n
