Text

§ 206-a. Physical examinations of females. Whenever an employer shall\nrequire a physical examination of a female by a physician or a surgeon\nshe shall be entitled to have the examination made by one of her sex or\nto have another female present if a male physician or surgeon makes the\nexamination. The employer requiring the examination shall post a notice\ninforming the party to be examined of her rights under this section.\n
