§ 163-a. Farm laborers. No person or corporation operating a farm\nshall require any farm laborer to work more than sixty hours in any\ncalendar week; provided, however, that any overtime work performed by a\nfarm laborer shall be at a rate which is at least one and one-half times\nthe farm laborer's regular rate of pay.\n
