§ 86. Designation by appellate division of special and trial terms of\nthe supreme court. The justices of the appellate division in each\ndepartment shall have power to fix the times and places for holding\nspecial and trial terms of the supreme court held therein, and to assign\nthe justices in the departments to hold such terms; or make rules\ntherefor; and may from time to time make additional appointments and\ndesignations, or change or alter those already made.\n The justices of the appellate division in the first department shall\nfrom time to time as they may deem necessary fix a time and place in the\nfirst judicial district for holding special terms for condemnation\nproceedings affecting property in the city of New York located within\nthe counties of New York and Bronx and as
