§ 849-i. Application procedures.

1.Each town and village having a\njustice court may make an individual application for funds available\npursuant to this article, or two or more such towns or villages, or\ntowns and villages, may make a joint application for such funds. All\napplications shall be submitted to the chief administrator of the courts\nfor his or her approval.\n 2. The chief administrator shall require that applications submitted\nfor funding provide such information as he or she deems necessary,\nincluding at least the following:\n (a) The amount of funding sought.\n (b) A detailed description of the purpose or purposes to which the\nfunding will be applied.\n (c) A detailed description of the court or courts making the\napplication, including information as to staffing
