§ 812. Appellate division libraries. The libraries heretofore\nestablished for the appellate divisions of the supreme court are\ncontinued. They are under exclusive supervision of the respective\nappellate divisions. The justices of the court shall be trustees thereof\nwho shall continue to be vested with all the powers with regard thereto\nnow possessed by those justices.\n
