* § 496. An organization described in subdivision seven of section\nfour hundred ninety-five of this article shall file with the appellate\ndivision department in which its principal office is located a statement\ndescribing the nature and purposes of the organization, the composition\nof its governing body, the type of legal services being made available,\nand the names and addresses of any attorneys and counselors-at-law\nemployed by the organization or with whom commitments have been made. An\nupdating of this information shall be furnished the appropriate\nappellate division on or before July first of each year and the names\nand addresses of attorneys and counselors-at-law who rendered legal\nservices during that year shall be included.\n * NB Enacted without section heading.\n
