§ 430. Law reporting bureau; state reporter. There is hereby created\nand established the law reporting bureau of the state of New York. The\nbureau shall be under the direction and control of a state reporter, who\nshall be appointed and be removable by the court of appeals by an order\nentered in its minutes. The state reporter shall be assisted by a first\ndeputy state reporter and such other deputy state reporters and such\nstaff as may be necessary, all of whom shall be appointed and be\nremovable by the court of appeals.\n
