§ 364. Compensation of criers of courts in Erie county. The salary of\nthe criers appointed for Erie county by the justices of the supreme\ncourt residing in Erie county together with the county judge of Erie\ncounty, in pursuance of section one hundred and seventy-three of this\nchapter, shall be fixed by the justices of the supreme court residing in\nErie county, or a majority of them; and when so fixed shall be paid in\nequal monthly payments by the treasurer of Erie county, in full\ncompensation for all services rendered by said criers.\n
