§ 350. Salary of attendants of supreme court in Richmond county. Each\nof the attendants appointed for the supreme court in the county of\nRichmond, shall receive a salary to be fixed by the justice or justices\nresiding in Richmond county, or by a majority of them; such salary, so\nfixed, shall be subject to the approval of the board of estimate of the\ncity of New York, in its discretion, and shall be a county charge.\n
