§ 148. Trial term may be held in parts. A trial term of the supreme\ncourt in any county may be held in two or more parts, and a jury panel\nmay be summoned to serve in each part, or jurors may be drawn from one\npanel, and the panel may be divided according to the number of parts by\ndrawing from the panel a sufficient number for each part and returning\nto the panel the jurors not drawn for service.\n
