* § 9110. Motor vehicle law enforcement fee.

(a)Every insurance\ncompany authorized to do business in this state shall annually collect,\nin addition to the applicable premium charge, a motor vehicle law\nenforcement fee charged to each holder of a policy issued in the state\nor for delivery in the state for motor vehicle liability insurance\ncoverage.\n (b) The annual fee is hereby imposed at the rate of ten dollars per\ninsured motor vehicle registered pursuant to the provisions of paragraph\nb of subdivision one of section four hundred one of the vehicle and\ntraffic law. Provided, however, that such fee shall be reduced by fifty\npercent per insured motor vehicle registered pursuant to the provisions\nof paragraph b of subdivision one of section four hundred one of the\nvehicle and
