§ 7111. Proof of proceedings of meeting and action of company. A\ncertified copy of the proceedings of any meeting made by the secretary\nthereof or of the action of any company made by the secretary of such\ncompany, subscribed and affirmed by him as true under the penalties of\nperjury, shall be presumptive evidence of the holding of the meeting and\nthe action of such meeting and the action of such company.\n
