§ 6506. Advertising. No regulated mortgage investor, any of whose\nauthorized real estate securities are insured by mortgage guaranty\ninsurance pursuant to this article may state in any form of report or\nadvertising that the real estate loans of the investor are "insured\nloans" unless the report or any form of advertising also clearly states\nthat the loans are insured by private insurers and the names of such\ninsurers are given. A regulated mortgage investor also shall not make\nany such statement unless such insurance is by a company authorized to\ntransact mortgage guaranty insurance business in this state.\n
