§ 5513. Immunity. No liability or cause of action shall exist against\nthe association, its agents or employees, the superintendent or his\nauthorized representatives or any licensed agent or broker for any\nstatements made in good faith by them during any proceedings or\nconcerning any matters within the scope of this article.\n
