§ 5407. Availability of reports; immunity.
(a)Reports of inspection\nperformed by or on behalf of the association shall be available to\nmembers of the association, applicants and the superintendent.\n (b) No liability or cause of action shall exist against the\nassociation or its agents or employees, an insurer or the superintendent\nor his authorized representatives for any statements made in good faith\nby them in any reports or communications concerning risks insured or to\nbe insured by the association or at any related administrative hearings.\n
