§ 5203. Motor vehicle accident indemnification corporation.
(a)The\nnon-profit corporation known as the "motor vehicle accident\nindemnification corporation" shall be continued.\n (b) Every insurer authorized to write motor vehicle liability\ninsurance in this state, as a condition of its authorization, shall be\nand remain a member of the corporation.\n (c) The corporation shall be obligated to provide the protection\nrequired by this article to a qualified person on account of a motor\nvehicle accident caused by owners or operators of motor vehicles\noccurring within the state.\n
